SAT test preparation that delivers results

Navigating the US admissions track from a UK school can feel daunting. Because A-Level and IB programmes do not train students for the unique pacing of American standardised tests, building early familiarity is essential.

For students taking their first steps toward the SAT, our small group courses offer high-impact test preparation in a supportive environment — helping students gain strategy, familiarity, and calm before the real test.

Our small-group SAT classes provide a highly structured, reassuring environment to master the basics before exam day. Each course follows an in-house curriculum created by our team and includes SAT prep materials, homework, and post-course feedback.

Course Structure

Inside our SAT prep courses: what your child will master

Our SAT prep courses bridge the gap between UK school curricula and US testing logic. We focus on both content and confidence, helping students master the adaptive online format and feel prepared for what’s ahead.

Each session builds mastery and momentum, covering:

The SAT Framework: Test structure, question types, and scoring

Pacing & Timing tactics, to maximise accuracy under pressure

Core strategies for approaching the Digital SAT

Section-specific techniques, e.g., Reading evidence, concise grammar, and advanced Desmos calculator strategies

Exam-day readiness: pacing plans, warm-ups, and review routines

Included in every course: comprehensive prep materials, homework after each session, and a post-course feedback summary so you know what to do next.

FAQ

Your SAT course questions, answered

20 hours of live teaching, course materials, set homework between sessions, and a post-course feedback summary.

Groups are intentionally small so every student can ask questions, get feedback, and feel supported throughout the course.

They're equally effective — choose SAT Intensive for a fast start during school breaks, or Weekly for steadier term-time progress.

Our in-person SAT group courses run from our central London base at Meridien House, 42 Upper Berkeley Street, Marylebone, London W1H 5QJ, moments from Marble Arch and Bond Street. In-person students learn face-to-face in small groups, taught by our expert SAT tutors.

Our online SAT prep courses follow exactly the same curriculum as our in-person courses, taught live by the same experienced tutors. Sessions run in small groups over video, so students can ask questions, work through practice, and get real-time feedback — with the flexibility to join from anywhere in the UK or internationally. Both the Intensive format (20 hours across a holiday week, Monday to Friday, 10:00–15:00) and the Weekly term-time format are available online.

It depends on the student. Our SAT group courses work best for those who thrive with structure, benefit from learning alongside peers, and want a cost-effective way to build strong foundations and exam technique. Private SAT tutoring suits students who need a fully personalised pace, want to target specific weaknesses, or need flexible scheduling around a busy timetable. If you're not sure which fits, we're happy to talk it through and point you to the right option — book a free consultation. Many families combine the two: a group course to build the foundations, then private tutoring sessions to fine-tune before test day.

Our group course format is available for the SAT only — by far the more common choice among UK-based students applying to US universities. For the ACT, APs, and other US and UK entrance exams, our tutors work with students one-to-one, tailoring support to each exam and student. Book a free consultation to find the right fit.

You'll receive a detailed feedback summary and a clear next-step plan. Many students continue with private tutoring to strengthen specific skills and boost confidence ahead of their official test.
