The Evolution of Guidewell Global

Two proven legacies, one shared mission

Formerly UES Education & ESM Prep UK, Guidewell Global was created when two expert education teams came together.

UES Education

Founded in 2013, London-based UES Education partnered with hundreds of schools and thousands of students, becoming a recognised authority in test preparation and US college admissions.

ESM Prep UK

In 2015, ESM Prep launched in the UK, quickly building a reputation as a leading provider of one-to-one test prep mentorship and US college admissions counselling for families worldwide.

When ESM Prep UK acquired UES Education in 2022, it laid the foundation for what is now Guidewell Global. By bringing together the expertise of UES Education and ESM Prep UK, we’re able to provide families with a more seamless and connected experience.

As of January 2026, UES and ESM Prep UK are officially known as Guidewell Global. New Brand. Same Experts You Trust.

Today, as Guidewell Global, we unite the strengths of both legacies. We honour our origins while expanding our reach, guiding students with clarity, care, and a truly global perspective.
